UX Researcher
Job Summary
To enhance product development, the full-time remote Middle UX Researcher will analyze user signals, conduct interviews and usability tests, and validate design solutions while collaborating closely with the product team.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a customer knowledge base to inform product decisions
- Teach team members to conduct interviews and usability tests independently
- Organize and run design sprints, serving as an internal research resource for various teams
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX Research
- Proficient in qualitative methods, particularly in-depth interviews
- Experience with quantitative research methods, including surveys
- Full-cycle research experience, from study scoping to participant recruiting
- Fluent in English and Russian
