UX Researcher
Job Summary
Leading and executing end-to-end UX research initiatives, the contract UX Researcher will work remotely to analyze user data and partner with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and design.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct a variety of research activities including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to uncover user needs and behaviors
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, leveraging customer feedback sources to support product decisions and improve research methodologies
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience leading and delivering UX research projects
- Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Proven ability to translate research findings into actionable product recommendations
- Strong portfolio demonstrating research impact and business outcomes
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Design, and Engineering
