Job Summary
To enhance digital experiences, the full-time UX Researcher will conduct end-to-end research on complex client and internal workflows, synthesizing findings into actionable insights while establishing repeatable research practices in a remote or hybrid capacity based in Denver.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research opportunities
- Plan and conduct various research methods, including user interviews and usability tests
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights and communicate them clearly
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX research or a closely related discipline
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences
