UX Researcher
Job Summary
To support a dynamic gaming team, the part-time UX Researcher will scope study objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage end-to-end research activities, working remotely with occasional onsite requirements over a 12-24 month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Scope study objectives and research methods aligned with product team needs using qualitative and quantitative approaches
- Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to integrate user research into the product development process
- Own end-to-end research activities, including study setup, participant recruitment, and interview moderation
Required qualifications
- 5 years of UX Research experience with Fortune 500 companies or in consultancy
- Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong collaboration skills with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills to distill complex ideas into clear concepts
