UX Researcher
Job Summary
Curious and detail-oriented, the full-time remote UX Researcher will plan and conduct user research, collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers, and synthesize findings into actionable insights to enhance the user experience in the healthcare software sector.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and concept evaluations using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Design to define research questions and validate assumptions across team initiatives
- Synthesize research findings into actionable themes and maintain an organized repository for Product and Design reference
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a dedicated UX research role or a related research position with a strong portfolio
- Experience communicating effectively with both non-technical and technical users
- Preferred experience in healthcare or another regulated industry
- Familiarity with AI tools and research methodologies
- Strong written communication skills for translating research findings into structured documentation
