UX Researcher
Job Summary
To enhance user experiences for health insurance members and stakeholders, the full-time remote UX Researcher will conduct user research studies, analyze data for actionable insights, and collaborate with design teams to ensure best practices are followed.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research studies using quantitative and qualitative methods to understand user behaviors and motivations
- Analyze research data and present findings to senior leadership and product teams to inform design and strategic decisions
- Coordinate research sessions, including participant recruitment and scheduling, while maintaining a research repository for team access
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction or Psychology
- 3+ years of experience in UX research or a related field; 5+ years may substitute for a degree
- Proficiency with various research methodologies and testing tools like UserZoom or UserTesting
- Experience working in a fast-paced agile/SCRUM environment
- Ability to analyze findings and deliver actionable insights effectively
