UX Researcher
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the UX Researcher will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to enhance user experiences for digital products in the temperature-sensitive supply chain sector, translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and lead various research methodologies, including usability testing and field studies, to gather user insights in operational environments
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that guide product decisions and inspire innovation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and design teams to ensure research-backed designs meet user needs and business goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in design or human-computer interaction (HCI)
- 5+ years of experience in delivering digital products across web and mobile platforms
- Experience in life sciences, cold chain, or temperature-controlled supply chain environments
- Deep understanding of the full design process, including research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Portfolio showcasing work samples and research artifacts
