Job Summary
To support federal programs, the full-time UX Researcher will conduct user research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and perform usability studies to enhance product experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with design teams and stakeholders to define problems and drive user-centered product decisions
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and market research to identify opportunities and inform product direction
- Create research plans and artifacts that communicate user needs and inform product strategy
Required qualifications
- BS/MS in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- 2 or more years of professional UX research experience
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Experience with diverse UX research tools and methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence decision-making through evidence-based recommendations
