Job Summary
To support a federal program, the full-time UX Researcher will conduct user research, facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams, and deliver insights to enhance product usability and user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with design teams and stakeholders to define problems and drive user-centered product decisions
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product direction
- Create research plans and artifacts that communicate user needs and support product strategy
Required qualifications
- BS/MS in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
- 2 or more years of professional UX research experience
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Experience with diverse UX research and remote testing tools
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing end-to-end qualitative and quantitative user research
