UX Researcher

Job Summary

To support a growing product team, the full-time UX Researcher will lead user research initiatives to understand financial behaviors and inform product strategy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize research questions and align study methods with decision-making needs
• Conduct discovery and evaluation throughout the product lifecycle, identifying user needs and assessing product performance in real contexts
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations that guide product and strategy decisions across various teams

Required qualifications

• Significant experience leading end-to-end product research with a portfolio demonstrating impactful contributions to product or business decisions
• Strong qualitative research skills, including proficiency in interviews, usability studies, and surveys, with an ability to balance speed and evidence quality
• Experience collaborating with Data Science to interpret behavioral data and integrate it with user research
• Demonstrated ability to build or enhance a research practice while prioritizing tasks and fostering learning among team members
• Clear communication skills with a proven track record of translating research into insights for diverse audiences
