Job Summary
Seeking a creative and technically skilled UX/UI Design Engineer, this remote position will focus on designing and building intuitive user experiences for federal planning and analytics products, requiring collaboration with developers and subject matter experts while managing user research, prototyping, and front-end development tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and translate findings into UI requirements
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes while maintaining a reusable design system
- Build front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for SAC analytic applications and custom widgets
Required qualifications:
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing UI/UX for enterprise web applications, particularly in financial planning
- Expert proficiency in Figma and proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Portfolio showcasing design work and delivered front-end code
