UX/UI Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading a small team of designers, the full-time UX/UI Design Manager will guide the creation of marketing sites for private label brands, ensuring high-quality design outputs while mentoring designers and collaborating with marketing and engineering teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and feedback to enhance designers' skills and maintain quality across design outputs
• Mentor and coach designers, fostering a collaborative culture and aligning their work with brand goals and customer needs
• Translate brand strategy into design priorities, facilitating communication between design, marketing, and development teams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing effective brand storytelling through marketing or brochure sites
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and knowledge of front-end code
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices
• Alignment with core values over formal education; relevant skills and experience are prioritized
