UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end design of a new assessment platform, the full-time remote UX/UI Designer will establish the user experience from scratch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define interaction patterns, create wireframes, and build a scalable design system.

Key responsibilities

• Own the UX strategy for the Reach platform, defining user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design assumptions and translate findings into actionable design specifications
• Build and maintain a design system and component library to ensure consistency and collaboration between design and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in product, UX, or UI design with expertise in both user experience and visual/interaction design
• Proven experience as a lead designer on a 0-to-1 or greenfield project, establishing UX frameworks and design systems from the ground up
• Strong foundation in UX research methods and the ability to translate findings into actionable design outputs
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
