UX/UI Designer
Job Summary
Passionate about user experience, the remote UX/UI Designer will manage the end-to-end design process for multiple client projects, conducting user research and creating high-fidelity interfaces while working in a flexible, asynchronous environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process, from initial discovery and wireframing to final high-fidelity interfaces
- Conduct comprehensive user research to understand user requirements and validate design decisions
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive design solutions using Figma
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work for web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in Figma, including experience with design systems and component libraries
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and interaction design principles
- Fluent English (C1 level) for effective client-facing interactions
