UX/UI Designer
Job Summary
To support a growing design team, the contract UX/UI Designer will translate user needs and business objectives into engaging digital experiences, contributing to research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Understand user needs and business goals to inform design decisions
- Create user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, ensuring intuitive and accessible digital experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions and present design concepts effectively
Required qualifications
- Approximately 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or digital product design
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, design process, and outcomes
- Proficiency in Figma, including design system creation and management
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability
- Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
