UX/UI Designer
Job Summary
To support the design and modernization of digital products for a large-scale federal healthcare program, the full-time remote UX/UI Designer will create intuitive and accessible user experiences for complex enterprise applications while collaborating with various stakeholders to translate user needs into effective designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and responsive user experiences for enterprise web applications and digital services
- Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs
- Conduct user research, usability evaluations, and design validation activities to inform design decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI or product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes and interaction design capabilities
- Proficiency with Figma or comparable design/prototyping platforms
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
