Uzbek (Cyrillic) Review Lead

Job Summary

To ensure high-quality localization for a leading global technology client, the freelance English to Uzbek (Cyrillic) Review Lead will manage quality standards, facilitate communication with the client's Language Manager, and drive consistency across various content types in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze style guides and glossary updates to assess their impact on quality categories and content types
• Conduct regular alignment meetings with the language community and publish monthly quality reports
• Coach Reviewers and implement style guide proposals based on recurring justification patterns

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
• Direct experience managing client Language Managers and formal arbitration processes
• Practical knowledge of localization evaluation frameworks such as RQE and LQE
• Ability to analyze style guide changes and identify implicit client expectations
• Native-level proficiency in Uzbek (Cyrillic) and professional-level English
