V-Twin Motorcycle Technician

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time V-Twin Motorcycle Technician Support Representative, this remote position will manage customer interactions via phone and email, assisting with motorcycle parts inquiries and providing technical support while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions through various communication channels to facilitate inquiries and orders
• Assist customers with questions regarding fitment, application, and installation of motorcycle parts and accessories
• Continuously learn about motorcycle products and provide knowledgeable support to enhance customer satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Passion for motorcycles and familiarity with V-Twin motorcycle parts and accessories
• Experience in a technical role related to motorcycles, such as in dealerships or repair shops
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or technical school certification is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
