Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Default Claims VA QA Analyst will review and reconcile default claims for accuracy, certify claims, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Review FHA, VA, PMI, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC claims for accuracy within required timeframes
- Identify and correct errors in QA claim reviews before submission for reimbursement
- Conduct monthly audits and document processes within the mortgage platform
Required qualifications
- High School diploma required; some college preferred
- One or more years of mortgage servicing default experience or QA/QC experience, or a college graduate
- Ability to work Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, with overtime as needed
