Job Summary
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, the full-time Vaccine Demand Implementation Associate will support the Boost Community and HPV Prevention Initiative by engaging with a global network of immunization professionals, organizing events, managing data, and drafting communications in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams and partners to implement activities for the Boost Community and Global HPV Consortium
- Plan and coordinate webinars, courses, and meetings, including preparing materials and managing participants
- Draft and format knowledge products and communications for various audiences, including newsletters and reports
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in public health, global health, or a related field
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and Zoom
- Experience in drafting, proofreading, and editing written materials
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
