Value & Access Insights Manager
Job Summary
Leading analytics for managed care and organized customers, the full-time remote Value & Access Insights Sr. Manager will shape payer and provider strategies for the medical benefit portfolio by delivering integrated analyses and insights to coverage and pricing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Payer Marketing and Pricing/Contracting teams to develop and prioritize analytics and insights plans
- Provide in-depth oversight and delivery of managed markets analysis, including product formulary position and customer segmentation
- Execute analytics plans to support payer insights using various datasets, conducting advanced analytics for business questions
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 2 years of business experience, or Master's with 4 years, or Bachelor's with 6 years, or Associate's with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of business experience
- Experience in analytics of medical and pharmacy benefit products
- Understanding of provider reimbursement and prior experience with buy-and-bill products
- 5+ years of healthcare experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or strategy consulting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
