Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Value & Access Insights Manager will partner with various departments to deliver business analytics, dashboards, and tools that assist in deal modeling, segmentation, and addressing payer challenges in the US healthcare system.
Key responsibilities:
- Build targeted payer control deep-dive analyses and integrate findings into tracking metrics
- Evaluate partner capabilities to inform pricing, coverage, and affordability strategies
- Design and implement modules within contracting platforms to support direct employer contracting
Required qualifications:
- Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
- 4 years of healthcare experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or strategy consulting
- Understanding of the US payer environment and healthcare market
- Experience with analytics related to pharmacy benefit usage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
