Value Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Value Engineer, the successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to customers, ensuring issue resolution and providing product support while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer account strategies and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor, helping customers leverage Mimica to achieve their business objectives
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Build tailored customer success plans and execute training programs to ensure value delivery and user adoption

Required qualifications

• Proven background in customer success, value engineering, or management consulting
• Hands-on experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated capability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
