Job Summary
To support a growing transformation portfolio, the full-time remote Value Stream Orchestrator will manage execution health and delivery performance while ensuring alignment between enterprise strategy and operational execution across business, technology, and finance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own execution health and delivery performance across the assigned transformation value stream portfolio
- Translate enterprise transformation priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable business outcomes
- Provide integrated leadership to align work with value stream objectives and facilitate prioritization decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, strategic program management, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations
- Experience in highly regulated environments, preferably in healthcare or financial services
