VDC BIM Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting model-based coordination efforts for complex semiconductor facility design projects, the remote VDC BIM Coordinator will assist with BIM coordination, clash detection workflows, model reviews, and preparation for coordination meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support design-phase clash detection and BIM coordination workflows across multidisciplinary engineering models
• Assist with the preparation, facilitation, and documentation of recurring coordination meetings with various stakeholders
• Help aggregate and manage federated models in alignment with project BIM Execution Plans and client standards

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with BIM/VDC practices and coordination
• Developing knowledge of engineering design processes and multidisciplinary building systems
• Familiarity with clash detection and model review processes
• Ability to prepare and maintain coordination reports and documentation
• Understanding of project delivery and coordination skills under guidance
