VDC/BIM Coordinator

Job Summary

To support large semiconductor facility design projects, the remote VDC/BIM Coordinator will lead model-based coordination efforts, focusing on clash detection workflows and facilitating structured meetings among multi-disciplinary stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design-phase clash detection and coordination workflows across multi-discipline engineering models
• Plan and facilitate recurring coordination meetings with internal teams, external consultants, clients, and trade partners
• Aggregate and manage federated models, ensuring alignment with project BIM Execution Plans and client standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of BIM/VDC experience within a design or engineering firm environment
• Demonstrated experience supporting semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facility design
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage
• Strong understanding of complex building systems, particularly HVAC and electrical distribution
