VDC/BIM Lead
Job Summary
To support digital delivery initiatives, the full-time remote Project VDC/BIM Lead will plan, coordinate, and oversee BIM-related activities, ensuring alignment with project requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and confirm project digital delivery scope and prepare project-specific Digital Delivery Plans
- Lead day-to-day digital delivery execution and coordinate workflows among project teams
- Establish model coordination processes and support quality assurance for digital deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in design support, architecture/engineering, or construction coordination
- Working knowledge of BIM Execution Plans and digital delivery workflows
- Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships
- Familiarity with project delivery requirements related to scope, schedule, and cost management
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and experience with AutoCAD/Revit
