Job Summary
To support a pharmaceutical company conducting global clinical trials, the contract Veeva EDC Administrator will configure, support, and enhance the Veeva Vault EDC platform while working remotely during Pacific Time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and administer Veeva Vault EDC across development, test, and production environments, including study setups and workflows
- Provide production support for study builds, amendments, and troubleshoot integration errors and system defects
- Gather clinical requirements and deliver EDC enhancements while maintaining documentation and compliance with GxP/CSV standards
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in clinical systems, with at least 3 years of hands-on Veeva Vault EDC configuration and administration
- Experience providing production support in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environment
- Strong understanding of clinical trials, clinical data management, and the study lifecycle
- Familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and computer system validation (CSV)
- Ability to work during Pacific Time hours
