Veeva PromoMats Specialist

Job Summary

To support a pharmaceutical product launch, the fully remote Veeva PromoMats Specialist will manage submissions, workflows, and operational tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end submissions of promotional and non-promotional materials through Veeva PromoMats, ensuring accurate document setup and version control
• Coordinate MLR/PRC workflows, including annotations and claims references, to ensure materials are submission-ready
• Support high-volume pharmaceutical launches by conducting quality control and maintaining accurate versions and audit trails

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Veeva PromoMats experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments
• Experience managing MLR/PRC workflows, promotional submissions, and version control
• Pharmaceutical advertising agency/AOR experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional materials, including digital assets and print materials
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated promotional environments and FDA Form 2253 processes preferred
