Veeva Vault Implementation Manager
Job Summary
To support a leading clinical research organization, the fully remote Veeva Vault Implementation Manager will assess the current Veeva Vault environment, develop a strategic roadmap for platform expansion, and provide governance and implementation recommendations for collaboration with external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate the current Veeva Vault environment and create a strategic roadmap for expansion
- Define governance, security, user access, and compliance requirements aligned with GxP and FDA standards
- Develop SOPs and governance documentation for sustainable platform management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience implementing or managing Veeva Vault solutions in the pharmaceutical or life sciences field
- Proven experience leading Veeva Vault implementation and governance initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault functionality and compliance requirements
- Experience developing SOPs and governance frameworks
- Veeva CTMS SME experience preferred
