Veeva Vault Implementation Manager

Job Summary

To support a leading clinical research organization, the remote Veeva Vault Implementation Manager will evaluate the current Veeva Vault environment, develop a strategic roadmap for platform expansion, and provide governance and implementation recommendations for collaboration with external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the current Veeva Vault environment and create a strategic roadmap for expansion
• Define governance, security, user access, and compliance requirements aligned with GxP and FDA standards
• Develop SOPs, governance documentation, and best practices for sustainable platform management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing or managing Veeva Vault solutions in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences field
• Proven experience leading Veeva Vault implementation, expansion, or governance initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault functionality, document management, and compliance requirements
• Experience developing SOPs and governance frameworks
• Veeva CTMS SME experience preferred
