Job Summary

Supporting vehicle repurchase processes, the remote Vehicle Processing Clerk will manage documentation and communications with clients and agencies while ensuring timely case handling in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, customers, and relevant parties to facilitate vehicle repurchases
• Handle inbound and outbound communications to secure required documentation
• Track and expedite case handling through documentation systems while meeting required metrics

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Reliable internet setup with a wired connection
