Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Return Clerk - Michigan, this remote, part-time position will manage vehicle return processes, ensuring smooth communication between customers, auto dealers, and lending institutions while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy and assemble necessary documentation for vehicle returns
• Manage communications between car owners, auto dealers, and lending institutions
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of customer service experience
• Strong computer navigation, typing, and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Reliable adherence to scheduled shifts, primarily Monday to Friday
