Vehicle Test Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vehicle-level test strategy for L4 autonomous trucks, the remote Vehicle Test Manager will write test cases, lead a team of test engineers, and ensure the verification of vehicle-level requirements while managing test budgets and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the vehicle test strategy in accordance with relevant safety standards
• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers in vehicle-level test case development and reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to establish vehicle verification and validation priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience
• Proven experience managing vehicle-level testing for safety-critical products
• Demonstrated leadership experience in building and developing technical teams
• Working knowledge of quality, safety, and security standards such as ISO 26262 and ISO 21448
• Experience with scenario-based verification and validation approaches for autonomous systems
