Vendor Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Managing vendor relationships, the full-time Vendor Engagement Specialist will support the vendor lifecycle, monitor performance, and ensure operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support across the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding and relationship management
• Monitor vendor performance and address operational issues through collaboration and communication
• Maintain operational integrity by conducting regular queue cleanups and meeting productivity standards

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in the drug screening and/or background screening industry
• Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to type 45 WPM and perform extensive internet research
• Preferred experience in a remote work setting
