Vendor Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting vendor relationships, the full-time remote Vendor Engagement Specialist will manage vendor lifecycle tasks, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support throughout the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding and relationship management
• Monitor vendor performance and engage in meetings to address and resolve operational issues
• Maintain operational integrity by conducting regular queue cleanups and executing tasks per established policies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in the drug screening and/or background screening industry
• Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to perform extensive internet research and type 45 WPM
• Preferred experience in a remote work setting
