Vendor Management Director

Job Summary

Managing vendor relationships, the full-time salaried Vendor Management Director will ensure compliance with performance metrics, oversee vendor performance improvement plans, and facilitate communication between vendors and internal partners in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Accumulate, monitor, and report on vendor performance metrics to business unit management
• Communicate expectations and vendor performance against established metrics, implementing annual goals and targets
• Conduct oversight meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and performance improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• 7+ years of vendor management experience, preferably in healthcare or government programs
• Proficiency in MS-Project or other project management software and MS-Office applications
• Experience in project management, administration, or operations within the healthcare industry
• Background in training/education and statistical analysis preferred
