Vendor Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the activities of Vendor Management Specialists, the full-time remote Vendor Management Supervisor will implement and oversee processes for selecting, monitoring, and assessing third-party vendors in mortgage operations while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Vendor Management staff, setting performance expectations and fostering a collaborative team culture
• Monitor vendor compliance with regulatory and internal policies, addressing any issues promptly
• Conduct evaluations of vendor adherence to contractual obligations and manage escalated matters from staff and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Five or more years of experience in mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance, or vendor management
• A minimum of three years in a lead or supervisory role managing a team
• Proven experience in establishing and enforcing vendor contracts and service level agreements
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio
