Vendor Manager
Job Summary
Managing financial program execution remotely, the full-time Vendor Manager will oversee vendor management and ensure the effective use of resources to support Customs and Border Protection Inspection Technology programs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day financial guidance and leadership, ensuring accurate financial execution and reporting
- Establish and maintain vendor meetings, perform quarterly reviews, and generate monthly status reports
- Plan and coordinate financial activities, ensuring compliance with operational budgets and contractual obligations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent, or a high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of financial management experience
- 3+ years of personnel management experience
- Successful completion of a CBP Background Investigation (BI)
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
