Vendor Manager

Job Summary

Managing financial program execution remotely, the full-time Vendor Manager will oversee vendor management and ensure effective resource utilization in support of Customs and Border Protection Inspection Technology programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day financial guidance and leadership, ensuring accurate financial execution and reporting
• Establish and maintain vendor meetings, perform quarterly reviews, and generate monthly status reports
• Plan and coordinate financial activities across the program, including monitoring budgets and compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience
• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of directly related experience may substitute for a degree
• 3+ years of financial management experience
• 3+ years of personnel management experience
• Ability to successfully pass a CBP Background Investigation and drug screening
