Job Summary
Managing vendor relationships remotely, the full-time Vendor Network Manager will lead onboarding processes, oversee partner communications, and ensure compliance while enhancing the Connect platform's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding and setup process for new partners, ensuring accurate documentation and integrations
- Serve as the primary contact for partners, managing communications and resolving disputes
- Maintain compliance with provider contracts and manage the product and service library for accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, vendor relations, or business development, preferably in real estate or home services
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer-service approach
- Experience managing contracts, financial reconciliations, or audits preferred
- Proficiency with Hubspot is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
