Job Summary
Identifying and presenting business specifications, the full-time remote Vendor Operations Analyst will manage vendor performance metrics, oversee compliance monitoring, and assist in the implementation of vendor processes and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Apply performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate and report vendor performance against contractual SLAs and quality metrics
- Monitor vendor service productivity and quality through data analysis, identifying trends and operational risks
- Prepare reports on vendor performance and assist in corrective action plans while supporting vendor onboarding and operational readiness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, Business, or a related technical field
- Three to five years of experience in an operations/processing position with a focus on analytics and data processing
- Preferred training in Six Sigma, ISO, SAS 70, and TQM
- Degree emphasis in statistics, math, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of three years of analytical experience
