Vendor Performance Manager

Job Summary

To ensure strong service delivery and operational performance, the full-time remote Vendor Performance Manager will oversee vendor relationships, manage the full vendor lifecycle, and establish performance standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, contract negotiations, and onboarding processes to ensure operational readiness
• Establish and maintain vendor performance standards, SLAs, KPIs, and conduct regular business reviews to identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor vendor spending and contract performance to optimize financial value and implement corrective actions as necessary

Required qualifications

• Progressive experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple enterprise vendors, including performance reviews and corrective actions
• Strong financial acumen with experience in evaluating vendor spending and contract performance
• Experience developing and monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and present actionable recommendations to leadership
