Vendor Product Analyst

Job Summary

To strengthen vendor operations and enhance order-to-cash experiences, the full-time remote Vendor Product Analyst will lead vendor product changes, serve as a trusted vendor partner, and connect business and technology by translating vendor needs into actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead vendor product changes, including pricing updates and platform improvements
• Serve as the primary contact for operational questions and escalated issues post-onboarding
• Coordinate across various teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and timelines

Required qualifications

• Substantial experience in project management, operations, business analysis, or vendor management
• Hands-on exposure to application programming interface integrations
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Jira, Wrike, or Asana
• Working knowledge of structured delivery or process-improvement methodologies like Agile or Lean
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
