Vendor Relations Manager

Job Summary

Managing third-party program relationships, the full-time Vendor Relations Manager will oversee performance management standards and facilitate communication between Delegation partners and internal departments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct account management, including scheduling meetings, managing agendas, and following up on actions with delegated entities
• Monitor SLA performance dashboards and reporting to identify performance gaps and drive accountability
• Maintain regular communication with leads at Delegated Care Management entities to convey business needs and changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Five plus years of experience in account management or working with Primary Care Providers in the healthcare field
• Experience presenting to executive-level teams at delegated entities
