Vendor Solutions Representative

Job Summary

Supporting the Caribbean and Central America (CCA) organization, the full-time Vendor Solutions Representative will develop customer relationships, manage product configurations, and educate clients on technology solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to promote relevant products and solutions
• Develop customer solutions and configurations by applying product knowledge and appropriate tools to configure, price, quote, and process requests for hardware, software, and services
• Educate customers and provide guidance on product alternatives, cross-references, and other TD SYNNEX solutions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
• At least one year of relevant customer-facing sales, pre-sales, account support, or related experience
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Intermediate proficiency with relevant business and computer applications
• Strong data-entry and 10-key skills, with the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately
