Job Summary
Managing vendor setup and compliance, the remote Vendor Specialist will oversee data accuracy across PMS and NetVendor systems, provide training, and support property transitions while resolving system-related issues.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain vendor information in the PMS system, ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Conduct training for onsite teams on vendor systems and manage user access across platforms
- Manage FreshService tickets related to vendor credentialing and system user issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience working with vendors or in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
