Job Summary

Focused on expanding a network of investors who directly back private companies, the full-time remote Venture Capital Associate will manage investor relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure ongoing engagement with investors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain investor relationships, ensuring they are current and qualified
• Grow the network by establishing new relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and angel investors monthly
• Match investors with relevant opportunities based on their specific investment criteria

Required qualifications

• Proven experience building personal investor relationships through direct outreach or networking
• Demonstrated ability to guide an investor from initial conversation to direct investment in a private round
• Strong understanding of investor preferences, including stage, check size, and sector focus
• Commitment to discretion regarding investor identities and information
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in enhancing work quality
