Venture General Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated cross-functional team, the full-time remote Venture General Manager will drive the development and scaling of an internal product platform, managing complex stakeholder environments and ensuring alignment across corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, transforming service needs into a scalable internal data platform
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to build complex enterprise data integrations while managing multiple product builds concurrently
• Translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps, ensuring rapid validation and market fit through customer discovery and iterative development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
• 9+ years in technical product management, preferably in early-stage B2B SaaS startups
• Experience in 0-to-1 product development, including MVP scoping and go-to-market strategy
• Proven track record of designing or managing enterprise-scale data platforms
• Deep knowledge of modern data stack tooling and enterprise-grade data challenges
