Job Summary
Supporting the growth of fintech and credit union ecosystems, the full-time Ventures Platform Associate will manage portfolio company onboarding, facilitate community engagement initiatives, and coordinate events and digital content in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding processes for new portfolio companies, ensuring access to resources and maintaining contact records
- Oversee the Fintech Forum Webinar Series from strategy to execution, including speaker outreach and performance analysis
- Coordinate signature events for TruStage Ventures, handling logistics, programming, and participant experiences for large audiences
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in marketing, communications, program management, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with limited oversight
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
